Kitchen furnishing is assigned to METRON PLC, a leading company on the Bulgarian market. Kitchen appliances are WHIRLPOOL S A: refrigerator, oven, two ceramic hot plates and telescopic absorber. The sink and the mixing tab are made by BLANCO – Germany. Lighting in the kitchen area is hidden under the upper edge of the cupboards. Furnishing in the bedroom is designed to provide maximum comfort and luxury. The bed is French type with size 160/200 on low legs. The headboard of the bed is mounted to the wall with two night tables with lamps and a three-wing wardrobe. The bathroom is conveniently allocated, furnished in a picturesque composition in combination of glass, dark wood and contrasting white sanitary faience.

The shower cabin is 90 by 90 centimetres with hardened glass. A wall penal with telephone shower with six hydro massages options replaces the standard shower. The sink is mounted on a cupboard made of MDF; there is an additional shelf for towels and other accessories. The sink mixer is made from copper alloy with a ceramic head.

The mirror over the cupboard has an independent lighting. The necessary accessories are in unison with the rest of the furnishing. In the bathroom will be installed a 80 litter boiler, for heating of this premises a lyre will be installed with the option to dry and heat up towels.

Lamps on the hanging ceiling, type moon will provide Main lighting.

The skiing conditions in Bansko are excellent. The Pirin Mountain is predominantly Alpine in character with three peaks towering above 2900 m. However the slopes offer runs and tracks for all types of skiers, novice through to expert; while the ski runs are maintained in excellent condition. The town itself attracts visitors all year round with its 120 cultural monuments, museums, nightlife and restaurants.

Surrounded by the Pirin and Rila mountains, Bansko is a climatic mountain resort with a short summer and long winter. The average temperature during January, the coldest month, is -19C. Snowfalls are abundant, providing a constant winter snow cover up to 2 m thick. The skiing season along the Pirin slopes starts in the middle of December and ends in mid-April, although this is by no means a winter only resort; in the summer Bansko offers excellent hiking fishing, canoeing, horse riding and many other warm weather mountain pursuits. This is very much an all year round resort, which all the family can enjoy.
