Location and Local Attractions

Located 2kms from the centre of the current resort of Borovets and 2kms from the existing gondola lifts, the complex enjoys a peaceful environment without the loud noises of nightclubs, restaurants etc that you would expect in a busy resort such as Borovets.

Of course, starting in 2007, Borovets is due to be completely redeveloped in order to turn it into a top European resort, comparable to Swiss and Alpine ones. In order to do this, a lot of investment must be made to bring all facilities up to standard. This is why 300-400 million Euros is to be invested along with the help of Italian, French and German companies who are also investing in the project.

New ski lifts and ski lifts among many other things will be constructed and a large gondola lift will be only 200m from this development in future. Borovets resort is only 1 hour by brand new main road from the capital of Sofia and its International airport.
