Payment Plan

Furniture packs are available and prices range from 100 to 200 Euros per m2 depending on the standard of the pack. Apartments can be purchased either freehold or leasehold (with endless lease) and full price will be entered into Notary Deeds. Maintenance of common areas will be charged at 7 Euros per m2 per annum including VAT.

Completion is scheduled for November 2007.

Rental Management

The developers management company are offering two options to owners regarding rentals, which are as follows:

Option 1: Management Only
The rental management company will rent out apartment for 20% of rental income.

Option 2: Guaranteed rental of 6%
Owners choosing this option will get a guaranteed rental of 6% (regardless of whether more is earned)
