Payment Plan

2000 Euro – reservation fee
10 % upon signing the preliminary contract;
90 % upon signing the Notary Deed (two months after signing the preliminary contract).

The complex has been granted Permission for use.
Maintenance will be charged at 10 Euro per sq. m. without VAT and will cover:

- 24 hours security
- Cleaning/maintenance of all public areas of the building
- Cleaning/Maintenance of all green areas of the Complex
- Electricity for all common areas of the Residence

Maintenance of all installations in the common areas of the Buildings: electrical, water supply, fire-alarms, emergency lighting, etc.
