We recently sold our studio apartment SkiPropertyBG and i cant recommend them enough.
Asya was so helpful through out the process which took only about 6 weeks from start to finish.

Many thanks to Krasi for the sale of our apartment. Good communication throughout the process, professional and speedy. As a result,we would highly recommend this company and would use them again, should the need arise.

VERY HELPFUL AND USEFUL COOPERATION, RELIABLE, AND WITH A GOOD TIME SCHEDULE AND ON TIME

Many thanks to Asya and her team. At all times they have demonstrated great professionalism and experience. Doing business with her is easy and reliable. Thank you so much.

I bought a house near Samokov in 2005 and have recently sold it with SkiBG.
The process was long, complicated, and very involved due to family relationships changing along with ownership at times.
Krasi has been a solid help throughout, and I mean for many years - excellent communication, helpful advice and realistic expectations.
I would like to thank him and the team for all their work to date and would not hesitate in recommending SkiPropertyBG to potential buyers, or like me, sellers.
